Hardware-oriented neuromorphic computing is gaining great deal of interest for highly parallel data processing and superb energy efficiency, as the candidate replacement conventional von Neumann computing. In this work, a novel synaptic transistor constructing system proposed, fabricated, characterized. Amorphous indium-gallium-zinc-oxide ( $\alpha $ -IGZO) Al 2 O xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3 are introduced channel gate dielectric materials, respectively. Along with high functionality low-temperature viability, geometric peculiarity featuring extended structure improves performances proposed component in system. The insight into substantial effect optimal device design on efficiency highlighted.
